Five offerings, one partner

Pick the one that answers your question. Or start at the beginning.

Five distinct offerings, each buyable on its own. Most clients start at the second and add others once the access route is established. You do not have to know which one you need: describe the decision you are trying to make, and we will tell you which offering answers it, including when a cheaper one does.

One-stop solution

One partner from the data to the decision.

Most real-world evidence programmes are assembled from four suppliers who do not report to each other: a data broker, an analytics vendor, an ethics consultant and a translator. You end up project-managing the seams and absorbing every delay that falls between them. We do the whole chain, on one contract, with one person accountable for it.

1 · Source Find the data that can answer it Which markets, which data types, which alliance partner holds it 2 · Permissions Get it approved for your purpose Governance submissions, ethics, use-restriction negotiation 3 · Analyse Design it, then run it in-market Cohort specification, method note, execution inside the environment 4 · Insight Turn the output into a decision Interpretation, review, and the deliverable your audience needs One accountable party across all four. Nothing waits in a queue between two suppliers.

One contract, one invoice

A master agreement and a work order per project. No sub-contracting chain for your legal team to unpick, and no gaps where responsibility quietly disappears.

One critical path

Permissions run in parallel with analysis design wherever governance allows. When four suppliers own four steps, nobody can compress the schedule because nobody owns all of it.

One person to call

The person who answers your methodology question is the person who designed the study. There is no relay through an account manager.

The five offerings

Five levels. Buy one, or climb the ladder.

Each is a complete engagement in its own right with its own deliverables. They also stack: the output of one becomes the input to the next, so nothing is repeated and nothing is wasted.

1

Data Landscape Assessment

What exists, what is permitted, how long it takes. A written map of the data available for your question, market by market, before you commit to a programme.

Buy this when you are deciding whether a programme is viable at all, or when an internal proposal needs a defensible feasibility section.

2

Feasibility & Cohort Scoping

Can this specific question be answered? One precise question, tested against the data before it is funded. Most engagements start here.

Buy this when you have a study in mind and want to know whether it survives design before you pay for it.

3

Analysis & Insight

The answer, in a form you can act on. A designed analysis run against de-identified patient-level data in-market, delivered as a report or an interactive dashboard.

Buy this when you need to make a commercial or medical decision and need it grounded in what actually happened.

4

Real-World Evidence Study

Built to survive review. Protocol-driven, pre-specified, designed to hold up in front of a regulator, an HTA body, a payer or a journal.

Buy this when the output has to be defended by someone other than you.

5

Programme Partnership

A standing evidence capability. An ongoing relationship across a portfolio or a region, with a rolling evidence plan and one team that already knows your markets.

Buy this when evidence generation is a continuing need rather than a project.

Not sure which one?

That is the normal starting point, and it is what the first conversation is for. Describe the decision you are trying to make and the deadline you are working to.

We will tell you which offering answers it, and if a cheaper one answers it, we will say so.

How they stack

Each one hands its output to the next.

This is why buying level two first is almost never wasted money. Its cohort specification is the opening input to level three, and level three's method note is the backbone of level four.

1 → 2The landscape assessment names the market and the data type. Feasibility then tests one question against it.
2 → 3The cohort specification from feasibility becomes the analysis specification. No redefinition, no drift.
3 → 4The method note behind the analysis becomes the protocol skeleton for a study built to be defended.
4 → 5A study that worked becomes a repeatable capability across a portfolio, on a cadence you set.
Your involvement

You decide how involved you are.

Chosen at scoping, and changeable mid-engagement. Whichever level you pick, you get the method note, the cohort specification, the assumptions and the limitations in writing. Involvement changes how much you do, never how much you can see.

Co-develop

You build the method with us

Your team sits in on cohort definition and analysis design. Common where an internal HEOR or data-science group will defend the result publicly.

Review

You approve at each gate

We propose, you sign off the method note, the cohort specification and the interim read. This is the common case.

Delegate

You brief and receive

You give us the decision you need to make, we come back with the answer and the method behind it. For teams without capacity to run a study alongside the day job.

Who actually does the work

Senior researchers who already know your market's data.

Real-world data punishes generalists. The difference between a defensible result and a misleading one is usually something nobody wrote down: a coding change three years ago, a scheme rule that makes an obvious denominator wrong, a field that means one thing in one province and something else in the next.

Aurumetrics is built as a network of the people who know those things, plus the analytics teams of our alliance partners in each market.

This is a deliberate model, not a small firm's excuse. Large vendors put a senior name on the proposal and a junior team on the work, because a pyramid has to be fed. There is no pyramid here, so the person who knows the market is the person on your project.

Meet the firm

Local system expertise

How the health system actually pays, codes and records, and what that does to a denominator.

Local data expertise

Which datasets exist, who holds them, what they will and will not release, and how long each step takes.

Disease and therapy-area depth

What a clinically meaningful cohort looks like in this indication, and which endpoints a payer will accept.

Technical depth

Study design, causal inference, linkage quality, and the discipline to say when a result will not hold.

The limits

Any supplier who will not tell you what they cannot do is telling you something else.

We do not licence anyone's database. No feeds, no data subscriptions, no identifiable records, and we will not resell an alliance partner's data. You receive analysis, evidence and dashboards, and, where the local alliance partner and that market's governance permit, a de-identified analysis-ready dataset or cohort built for your question. Access to raw source data is a different thing again: Japan only, and conditional.

  • Records cannot be joined across national health systems in Asia-Pacific. Multi-market work is harmonisation, one written specification executed locally in each market, and we publish where the comparison stops being defensible.
  • We do not run clinical trials. We can tell you whether the real-world population supports one.
  • We do not produce evidence to a predetermined conclusion. If the analysis does not support the story, you will be told before it is in a deck.
  • We do not quote a timeline before we know what the question needs. A number given before feasibility is a guess wearing a suit.
  • We do not name our alliance partners publicly. Disclosed by role in every contract, and by name under NDA on request.
  • China is data-source work only. No primary research and no interview-based work in that market.
Working with us

Everything procurement asks, before they ask it.

Legal entityAurumetrics Intelligence Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary limited company. ACN 690 877 073. Registered office: 7 Magdalene Terrace, Wolli Creek NSW 2205, Australia. Contracting entity for every market we work in.
Governance architectureFour links: the local alliance partner holds the source records, de-identifies and retains release authority, then licensed in-country analytics inside a controlled-access environment, then Aurumetrics designs the evidence and reviews every output, then you.
What we processDe-identified patient-level data and publicly available data, never identifiable records, in any market, at any point. De-identification is performed at source, and we never attempt re-identification.
Data residencyAnalysis takes place in the market the data comes from. Some markets prohibit analysis on servers outside their borders, and we work within that rather than around it.
Security postureWe hold no security certification, and we are not going to claim one. What matters more for your assessment is where the data sits: de-identified, inside the alliance partner's controlled-access environment, under that market's law. Our controls follow the ISO 27001 and Five Safes frameworks as a design reference.
Data processing agreementsWe sign them. Because we never receive identifiable records, the assessment is usually shorter than your team expects.
ContractingMaster services agreement plus a work order per project, with acceptance-gated milestones.
FeesPriced per project against a defined scope and deliverable, not per seat, per record or per patient. Pass-through items are disclosed up front rather than discovered later. No pricing is published on this site.

Send us the question you actually need answered.

We will tell you whether the data can answer it, in which market, and how long it will take, before you commit anything.

De-identified patient-level data and publicly available data, through local alliance partners. De-identification at source. Analysis in-market, under local law. Never identifiable records.
