Send us your question
- Best when
- You have a specific question and would rather write it down than say it out loud.
- What happens
- A written reply from the person who would do the work.
There is no qualification process, no discovery call before the discovery call, and nobody will chase you. Tell us the question you actually need answered and you will get a straight read on whether the data can answer it, in which market, from which kind of data, and how long it would take, whether or not that turns into a project.
Everything else is optional. Most of what we would like to know we can ask in the reply.
This is a review build, the form is not yet connected to a live inbox. Please email team@aurumetrics.com in the meantime.
Don't send patient data. Not identifiable, not de-identified, not a sample, not a screenshot, not "just to show you the shape of it". We are not set up to receive it in an inbox and we do not want it there. Describe it instead, that is always enough for a feasibility conversation, and if a project ever needs to look at structure, that happens under agreement, in the right environment.
Don't send confidential documents before we have an NDA in place. Protocols, internal strategy, pipeline detail. Tell us the shape of the question and we will get a mutual NDA signed first, usually the same day. It costs an hour and it means neither of us has an awkward conversation later.
| Legal entity | Aurumetrics Intelligence Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary limited company. ACN 690 877 073. Registered office: 7 Magdalene Terrace, Wolli Creek NSW 2205, Australia. Contracting entity for every market we work in. |
| Governance architecture | Four links: the local alliance partner holds the source records, performs the de-identification and retains authority over approvals and release then licensed in-country analytics, credentialed analysts inside a controlled-access environment with no unrestricted extraction then Aurumetrics, designing the evidence, analysing the de-identified data and reviewing every output then you. |
| What we process | De-identified patient-level data and publicly available data, never identifiable records, in any market, at any point. De-identification is performed at source, before anything reaches us, and we never attempt re-identification. The only personal data we hold in the ordinary course is your own business contact details. |
| Data residency | Two answers, because your questionnaire asks both. Health data: analysis takes place in the market the data comes from, some markets prohibit analysis on servers outside their borders, and we work within that rather than around it. This website: enquiry submissions are stored in Australia, under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and are not sent offshore in the ordinary course. |
| Security posture | We hold no security certification, and we are not going to claim one. What matters more for your assessment is where the data sits and what it is: de-identified patient-level data stays in its own market, inside the alliance partner's controlled-access environment, under that market's law. Our own controls follow the ISO 27001 and Five Safes frameworks as a design reference. If your standard requires a certified supplier for this class of work, tell us early. |
| Data processing agreements | We sign them. Because we never receive identifiable records, the assessment is usually shorter than your team expects. |
| Sub-processors | The in-country analytics tier is disclosed by role in every contract, and by name under NDA on request. Form, email and hosting providers are listed in the privacy notice. |
| Contracting | Master services agreement plus a work order per project, with acceptance-gated milestones. |
| Confidentiality | Mutual NDA before scoping, if you want one. We do not publish client names and we will not publish yours. |
| Fees | Priced per project against a defined scope and deliverable, not per seat, per record or per patient. Pass-through items are disclosed up front rather than discovered later. No pricing is published on this site. |

No. Ask in writing and you get a written answer. If it needs a conversation we will propose thirty minutes, and that conversation is about your question rather than our capabilities. There is no capability presentation, and there is no second person on the call whose job is to close you.
Yes, and we would prefer it if you are going to describe anything sensitive. A mutual NDA is usually in place the same day. Do not send protocols, pipeline detail or internal strategy documents with the enquiry, describe the shape of the question, and send the detail once the agreement is signed.
Yes. The assessment is usually shorter than your team expects, because we never receive identifiable records. De-identification is performed at source by the alliance partner and analysis runs in-market; the only personal data we hold is your own staff's business contact details, for the purpose of working with you.
No, and we will not imply otherwise. What usually matters more to a security questionnaire is where the data sits: de-identified patient-level data stays in its own market, inside the alliance partner's controlled-access environment, under that market's law. Our own controls follow the ISO 27001 and Five Safes frameworks as a design reference. If your standard requires a certified supplier, say so early and we will tell you honestly where we sit.
That is a normal starting point and the form is built for it, "not sure yet" is a selectable answer. Describe the decision you are trying to make and the deadline you are working to. Working out what the question needs is the first piece of work, not a prerequisite for it.
