Privacy notice
How Aurumetrics handles personal information collected through this website. Written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version. If you fill in the enquiry form, we collect your name, work email, company, role and your question, so we can reply to you. That information is stored in Australia. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask. We never receive identifiable patient data from anyone, in any market, so there is no patient information here to protect.

2 · What we collect, and why

We do not collect health information about you, and we never receive identifiable patient records from anyone. Please do not send patient data through this website, see the note on the contact page.
3 · Where it is stored
Enquiry submissions are stored in Australia and handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. They are not transferred offshore in the ordinary course of handling your enquiry.
Service providers. The form and email services we use are listed below once selected. Australian data residency is a requirement of that selection, not an afterthought.
To be completed before publication: the name of the form provider and the email provider, and the retention period. Everything else in this notice is settled.
4 · How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and then delete it. A specific retention period will be stated here at publication. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.
5 · Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the service providers that operate the form and our email, and those providers process it only to deliver that service. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
6 · Cookies and tracking
This site uses only what it needs to function. There is no advertising tracker, no cross-site pixel, no chat widget and no third-party challenge widget. If analytics are added, they will be listed here and configured so that they do not identify you individually.
7 · Your rights
- Access. Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
- Correction. Tell us it is wrong and we will fix it.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
- Complaint. If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first, we would rather fix it. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

8 · Client and project data
This notice covers the website. Personal information about your staff that we hold in the course of an engagement, names and business contact details of the people we work with, is governed by the agreement between our organisations and by any data processing agreement signed alongside it.
Health data used in engagements is not covered by this notice, because we never hold it in an identifiable form. De-identification is performed at source by the local alliance partner that holds the records, and analysis takes place in-market inside a controlled-access environment under that market's own law. 9 · Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects an enquiry you have already sent, tell you directly.
